Laura Diercks

Laura Diercks is an accomplished Learning and Development Senior Analyst at Securian Financial, with a focus on enhancing onboarding experiences for new hires. Since June 2021, Laura has successfully proposed and established the Enterprise Onboarding Program Facilitation team and manages the New Hire Welcome Center operations. Prior to Securian Financial, Laura held positions as an Onboarding Coordinator at Avenica, a Quality and Training Coordinator at Pearson VUE, and various internships in human resources at organizations such as Minnesota Daily and the University of Minnesota. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Mass Communication and Business Management from the University of Minnesota.
