Patrick Riordan

Patrick Riordan, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as Director, HR Business Partner at Securian Financial since October 2017, Patrick leads a team dedicated to aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Previously, Patrick held various HR roles at Post Consumer Brands, including Sr. HR Business Partner and Business Process Lead, where responsibilities spanned talent acquisition and employee development across a large manufacturing campus. Patrick's career began at Target, where significant leadership positions included Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, where skills were applied to enhance workforce engagement and community involvement.
