Paul Rafferty

Paul Rafferty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul is currently working as a Fractional VP - Sales at Sales Xceleration, a company that provides selling solutions to small businesses and mid-sized corporations. In 2020, they also served as the Vice President of Sales at Invictus Sterilization, where they provided hospital-grade air sterilization solutions.

Looking ahead, Paul will take on the role of Vice President of Sales at Securisea starting in 2023. Securisea specializes in compliance and security services, offering peace of mind to clients by ensuring their business is fully compliant with regulations and protected against cyber threats.

Before these recent positions, Paul held the titles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Lakeside Project Solutions, LLC from November 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Partner at Sales Engine International, starting in 2006. During their time at Sales Engine International, they achieved significant growth, including being listed on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in America.

Paul's earlier career included roles at Ceridian, where they served as the National Vice President of Sales Operations and later as Regional Vice President of Sales. At Ceridian, they implemented programs that successfully increased sales and cross-selling.

Lastly, Paul began their professional journey as a Lieutenant in the US Navy from June 1982 to May 1986.

Paul Rafferty graduated from Cardinal O'Hara High School in 1978. Following their high school education, they attended the University of Notre Dame from 1978 to 1982. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on accounting.
