Dina Neiman

Dina Neiman (Lindgren) currently serves as Director of Change for European Business Transformation at Securitas Group, a position held since May 2021. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Accenture from October 2013 to May 2021, focusing on talent and organization within resources clients, with an emphasis on future work, HR, leadership, organization design, transformation, change enablement, and agile organization. Earlier roles include Research Assistant at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics, Analyst in SAP Systems Integration and Technology at Accenture, and Tutor for Economics students at the University of the Witwatersrand. Dina holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
