Erick Sibaja

Erick Sibaja is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager at Securitas Costa Rica, where responsibilities include leading project implementation and managing infrastructure and systems across eight countries. Prior to this role, Erick worked as Senior IT Supervisor at INS Servicios, overseeing multiple services within the IT department, and as Regional Support Manager at The Nature Conservancy, managing IT support and resources for the organization in Central America. Earlier experience includes IT Supervisor at Alvarez & Marin Corporation and a previous tenure as Regional Support Manager at The Nature Conservancy. Erick holds a Master's degree in Project Management with a focus on Information Technology from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Central.
