Kamal Jain

Kamal Jain is an experienced governance and compliance professional with a strong background in managing compliance initiatives across diverse regions. Currently serving as a Governance Manager at Amazon since July 2020, Kamal oversees compliance for Amazon ISS in the APAC, Middle East, and Africa regions while also acting as the Regional Compliance Manager for Securitas India, responsible for compliance initiatives across 23 countries for Amazon. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Business Assurance at Oracle and Manager positions at Tesco HSC, focusing on payroll business assurance and operations management, as well as leading UAT testing for HR systems at Target and managing technical support teams at Dell. Education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing from Symbiosis, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St Josephs College Arts Science.
