Aleksandra Żuk

Aleksandra Żuk is an experienced professional in operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Head of Securitas Operations Center at Securitas Poland since July 2021. In this role, Aleksandra oversees nationwide monitoring activities, customer service processes, and contract administration. Previous positions include Contact Center Director at Oney Polska S.A., where Aleksandra managed remote sales and customer support, and various roles at financial institutions, including Raiffeisen Bank Polska and Polbank EFG, focused on retail operations and project optimization. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
