Ravid Manor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as a Project Manager at Webydo, a web design software company. From 2012 to 2014, Ravid worked as an Attorney at Evron, Borochov, Even-Zohar Law Offices & Notaries. In 2014, they transitioned to AKT Human Capital Solutions, where they held the role of HR Consultant, providing clients with HR consulting and technology solutions. In 2018, Ravid joined SecuriThings, initially as the Head of HR & Operations before becoming the VP HR & Operations. SecuriThings focuses on IoT device management and security, assisting Fortune 100 companies and large enterprises with real-time security, operational efficiency, and cyber protection.

Ravid Manor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University in 2012. At the same time, they also completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law. In 2008, Ravid began their education at Tel Aviv University. Furthermore, they attended Bar-Ilan University in 2007 to study Neuroscience. Ravid later pursued a Master's degree in Management Sciences and Organizational Behavior at Tel Aviv University, which was completed in 2018.
