Clarence Shen is a Manager in the Fintech unit at the Securities and Futures Commission, focusing on crypto laws and regulations since December 2021. Prior to this role, Clarence served as an Associate at King & Wood Mallesons, specializing in dispute resolution, particularly in commercial disputes, insolvency, and competition law from September 2017 to December 2021. Clarence holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Hong Kong and has also studied laws at Monash University.
