Jason Fightmaster has a diverse range of work experience across various companies. Jason is currently the Director of Customer Success at Securitize since 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Jabmo from 2018 to 2021, where they successfully drove growth and reduced churn by building stakeholder relationships within enterprise clients. Jason also developed standardized internal KPIs for the customer success team and external KPIs for clients, as well as standardized a customer journey focused on upselling. Jason partnered with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify growth opportunities and effectively measured and reported key performance metrics to C-level executives. Jason supervised and trained a team of 7 Customer Success Managers and significantly increased client ARR from $4.2 million to $16.7 million. Before their time at Jabmo, Jason was an Account Manager at AURIC in 2018, a Marketing Communications Manager at Forester University from 2016 to 2018, and a Marketing Manager at California 89 from 2012 to 2016.
