Fernando Hegel

Fernando Hegel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in security and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President at Security 1 Solutions LLC since September 2015, Fernando has successfully launched various initiatives, including Cash Solutions operations and US Embassy projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. As Regional Director at Vetting Solutions de Guatemala since January 2015, Fernando oversees the company's regional development, focusing on growth, profitability, and service quality. Previously, Fernando held several leadership roles at G4S Secure Solutions International, Inc., including Regional VP Operations for Latin America & Caribbean, where responsibility included strategic direction and management of operations for 12 companies with 12,000 employees.
