Ricardo A. Bertolotti

Ricardo A. Bertolotti is a co-founder at Nativo Energy, where they focus on driving sustainable energy transition and decarbonization efforts. With over 25 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, they have held several significant roles globally, including Project Geoscientist at LASMO and New Ventures Manager at Mubadala Petroleum. Currently, they also serve as a Venture Partner at Impacta VC and a Board Member at Security Advisor, emphasizing the implementation of ESG practices. Ricardo began their education in Physics at the Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela and is pursuing a Master of Science in Basin Evolution and Dynamics at Royal Holloway, University of London.
