Chad Brown

Chad Brown serves as the Director of Infrastructure and Security Operations at Security Benefit since February 2023, following a diverse career in engineering and IT roles. Prior positions include Senior Microsoft Architect and Chief Engineer at Steel City Media, along with roles at Kansas City Southern, Children International, DataBank, Ltd., Netsmart, Pulse Systems, Inc., and Wilks Broadcasting, where a strong focus on system engineering, cloud solutions, and virtualization was cultivated. Chad possesses extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure, implementing cloud technologies, and supporting the broadcast engineering field, reinforcing a commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Chad holds educational credentials from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, attended from 1995 to 1997.
