Matt Sword

Matt Sword has over 17 years of experience in the field of information technology. Matt is currently working at ATW as the Director of Information Technology, responsible for infrastructure, operations, and IT security. Prior to their current role, Matt worked at Globe Life as the Manager of IT Infrastructure & WebOps/DevOps for 4 years. Matt also held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Servicelink, A Black Knight Financial Services Company, REDC, and ICAP Mortgage Services. Matt has experience in strategic system requirements, budgeting, and project coordination. Matt has also managed IT operations at Sixth Gear, Fremont Investment & Loan, Unisys, and Capital One Auto Finance.

Matt Sword attended the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Dallas College, where they also studied Business Administration from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their education, Matt Sword has obtained several certifications in ITIL from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including ITIL Foundations, ITIL Service Lifecycle: Continual Service Improvement, and ITIL Service Lifecycle: Service Operation.
