Kevin Downing

Kevin Downing has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. Kevin started their career at Payless ShoeSource in 1987 as a Field Auditor/Financial Analyst, where they performed store level auditing activities and saved the company assets through identifying thefts. In 1997, they worked as a Case Review Specialist at MAXIMUS, conducting audits for the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. Kevin then joined the State of Kansas as a Public Service Administrator II, managing the incoming mailroom and extraction unit. In 2001, they became a Production Line Manager at Kellogg Corporation, overseeing the day-to-day activities of a food production line. In 2003, Kevin joined se² as a Direct Document Representative, responsible for processing incoming mail and resolving customer complaints. Kevin currently works at Security Benefit as a Service Operations Manager and Direct Document Representative.

Kevin Downing obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Washburn University, graduating in 1987. Kevin later pursued further education at Washburn University and obtained a BA in Speech Communication in 1994. Additionally, they have a certification in Six Sigma from Security Benefit.
