Mike Bellmyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mike started their career in the United States Air Force, where they excelled as a Chinese Mandarin Crypto-Linguist. After their military service, they worked as a Software Developer at American Fiber Network, developing software and web applications. Mike then joined BATS Trading as an IT Operations Manager, where they played a key role in delivering critical business solutions for electronic equities and options exchange platforms. At Farmobile, LLC, Mike served as an Operations Support Manager, implementing support and operational policies for an agricultural technology start-up. Mike then moved on to Thesys CAT LLC as a Technical Business Analyst, responsible for creating and implementing network connectivity and onboarding processes. Mike's most recent role was at American Century Investments, where they served as a Lean-Agile SAFe Scrum Master, excelling in managing multiple teams concurrently and implementing various programs, including Enterprise Level Solution Architecture Review and Third Party Risk Management automation. Mike is currently working at Security Benefit as a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Analyst.
