Alex Indelicato - CSPO, SSP

Alex Indelicato has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. From 2020 to the present, they have been working at Security Compass as a Product Manager. Prior to that, they worked at AudienceView starting in 2016. At AudienceView, they held various roles including Product Analyst and Business Analyst. Alex also briefly worked in Managed Services and as a Customer Support Analyst. Before joining AudienceView, Alex worked at the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club from 2009 to 2015, starting as an Account Service Representative and subsequently holding roles as a Senior Account Executive and Manager of Business Development. Overall, their experience includes customer success management, product management, business and product analysis, and account management.

Alex Indelicato completed an Honours degree in Sport Management at Brock University from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Alex obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
