Madhav Malhotra has a diverse work experience with various companies. Madhav is currently working as a Software Development Manager I at Security Compass since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Security Compass from November 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining Security Compass, Malhotra worked at Indus Action as a Full Stack Developer and Technology Lead (Remote) from February 2018 to September 2019. During their time there, they developed, maintained, and improved various systems such as the Campaign Management Web System, Campaign Management System's mobile application, and state-specific Management Information System.

In 2017, Malhotra worked as an iXP Intern at SAP from May 2017 to December 2017. Madhav contributed to the development and support of Global Technology Legal Compliance's microservices and created a Python-based command-line tool for automating the identification of licenses for free and open source software used in SAP products.

Malhotra started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer in March 2012 and worked until May 2014. During their tenure, they implemented the middleware layer for integrating legacy web services with front-end applications, developed SOAP-based Java microservices for banking operations, and implemented SSL and Kerberos security mechanisms.

Madhav Malhotra obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Madhav then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria, completing their studies from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as "Blockchain Basics," "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts," "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 2 Security," "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 3 Core Services," "Learning C#," "CISSP Cert Prep: 8 Software Development Security," "Learning the OWASP Top 10," and "React: Using TypeScript" from LinkedIn, between 2019 and 2020.
