Milo Sprague

Milo Sprague is the Senior Technology Advisor for FTV Capital and joined the Security Compass team following their strategic investment. He is an experienced CTO–most recently at Silicon Valley Bank, IT executive, and Board Advisor with over twenty-five years of leadership experience focused on Financial Services, Emerging Technology, and the Federal Government. Mr. Sprague advises in Product Strategy, Security, IT Strategy and Architecture, technology management, as well as transformation and innovation. Working extensively with FTV’s investment team and a broad network of financial services enterprises, the major Cloud providers, and Silicon Valley and international-based start-ups, Mr. Sprague drives opportunities for synergy through technology partnerships, innovation, and strategic investment. He holds a BA degree, cum laude, from Harvard College and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in the area of “International Relations and Technology.”
