Ramya Bhagavathula

Ramya Bhagavathula has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as Manager, Recruitment at Security Compass. In this role, they led a team and managed the end-to-end recruitment process, successfully bringing on over 140 new employees and contributing to a 50% increase in company headcount. Ramya also played a key role in growing the Advisory team by over 70%, which ultimately led to their acquisition. Prior to this, Ramya worked as a Senior Recruiter at Martyn Bassett Associates, specializing in executive recruiting for technology companies. Ramya also gained experience as a Staffing Manager at Adecco Group and a Support Project Manager at Solnet Solutions, where they managed various projects and ensured timely completion of tasks. Ramya started their career as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at Intellectual Solutions and later worked as a Mortgage Consultant at ANZ.

Ramya Bhagavathula completed their Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCom) degree in Human Resources Management from Victoria University of Wellington between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Hutt Valley High School from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Ramya has obtained certifications in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn and in Equity Sequence™ for HR from Tidal Equality, both in August 2020. Ramya has also obtained a CAPM certification from SEEK Learning.
