Mscj Mark Quimby

Mark Quimby, MSCJ has over 19 years of work experience. Mark started their career in 2002 in the United States Marine Corps where they served as a Sergeant, overseeing training, discipline, and safety of Marines as well as managing ammunition and explosives.

In 2006, Mark joined Security Engineers, Inc. and held various roles including Site Supervisor, President of Campus Watch, Project Manager/Director of Security, Manager of Training, Director of Training & Development, and Senior Security Consultant. In their most recent role as the Director of National Field Operations, Mark leads operations and growth at Security Engineers, Inc. across the country.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in security operations, training, personnel management, and maintaining physical security elements. Mark has a strong commitment to providing high-quality security services and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients.

Mark Quimby, MSCJ, received a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Advanced Counterterrorism & Homeland Security from Southern New Hampshire University. Mark attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, Quimby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security & Emergency Management, with a focus on Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations, from Ashford University. Mark attended Ashford University from 2011 to 2013. Mark also holds a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing Communications from Meridian Community College, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Quimby has obtained various certifications. Mark is a Certified Alarm Technician - Level 1 (CAT 1) from ESA - Electronic Security Association, which they received in April 2019. Mark is also a Chemical Weapons Instructor from Tactical Advantages & TJA, obtained in April 2014. Furthermore, they hold certifications as a PPCT Defensive Tactics Instructor from PPCT, an Alabama Security Regulatory Board Certified Trainer 2 from the Alabama Security Regulatory Board, and a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor (Handgun, Shotgun, Patrol Rifle & Tactical Shooting) from the National Rifle Association, obtained in March 2014, June 2013, and May 2013, respectively. Quimby also possesses an Alabama Security Regulatory Board Armed Security Officer certification, which they obtained in October 2010.
