John Dawson

John Dawson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John began their career in 1995 as an Account Executive at Windstream Communications, where they worked for over a decade. In 2008, they joined Iowa Telecom as an Enterprise Data Specialist. Then, in 2010, they moved to Security Equipment, Inc. and held various roles including Commercial Security Consultant, Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Sales Operations.

John Dawson attended Lincoln Southeast High School from 1985 to 1987. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Throughout their time at the university, John studied various subjects, including Communications, Architecture, Geography, and Community & Regional Planning. John graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1991 with their BA degree. In 1988, John also participated in the Walt Disney World College Program, specifically focusing on being a Resort Host at Typhoon Lagoon.
