Andy Passmore

Andy Passmore has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the mortgage industry. Andy has served as a Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Security Federal Bank since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Movement Mortgage as a Loan Officer from 2017 to 2019. Andy also held the position of Director of Sales and Operations at Reliable Equipment Rental, Inc from 2014 to 2017. Before that, Andy worked as a Business and Process Analyst as well as a Mortgage Loan Consultant at Ricoh Americas Corporation and SunTrust Mortgage, respectively. Andy started their career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage Consultant and has held various other positions in the industry.

Andy Passmore attended The Golf Academy of the South from 1992 to 1993, where they studied Golf Course Management. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1991, they attended Monterey Peninsula College, focusing on Basic Studies. Additionally, Andy has obtained certifications in Document Process Improvement Strategies and Fleet Optimization Strategies from Ricoh.
