After spending seven years at SRA, they joined Deluxe Corporation as a Collaborative Team Member, where they collaborated with financial industry executives to address industry issues. Marnie then moved on to Security First Bank, where they served as the Chief Banking Officer, overseeing various functions including corporate communications, marketing, facilities, and check programs. In 2015, Marnie had the privilege of attending the National Security Forum at Air War College, where they participated in instructional lectures and discussions. Marnie Herrmann has a diverse educational background. From 2016 to 2018, they attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and received a Diploma in the Graduate School of Banking. During the same period, they also attended The Wharton School and obtained a Certificate in Executive Leadership. Prior to this, from 1984 to 1988, they studied at the University of Oregon and attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
