Dave Violette

Dave Violette serves as the Vice President of Business Systems at Security First Insurance Company. Mr. Violette joined the company in August 2022. As the Vice President of Business Systems, Mr. Violette leads the strategy, design, development, and maintenance of the core insurance business systems. Although he graduated from the Palm Beach State College Criminal Justice Institute, Mr. Violette has nearly two decades of Software, Technology, and Business Process Management experience, all in the Insurance and Financial Services space. Most of his career has been in the Florida P&C Market at carriers in startup and major growth phases, including People’s Trust Insurance Company and FedNat Insurance Company, where he served as Director of IT, Business Process Management before joining Security First.
