Kristen Winter

Kristen Winter serves as the Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing/Communications Team Lead at Security Health Plan since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing new employee training processes. Previously, Kristen was a Marketing Communications Specialist, focusing on creating and coordinating various marketing communications while ensuring regulatory compliance. In addition to this role, Kristen operates a home-based photography studio, Photography by Kris, offering services for weddings and special events since January 2007. Prior experience includes roles at Aqua Finance, Inc. as Senior DSR and Sales and Marketing Assistant, and at TP Printing Co. as a reporter-photographer. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
