Arminda Valles-Hall currently serves as the Director of Education and Training at the Security Industry Association since January 2008. Prior to this role, Arminda held positions at the Society of Research Administrators International as an Education Officer and at the Washington Council of Agencies as the Director of Education. Arminda received her education at UC Santa Barbara from 1980 to 1984. In her current role, Arminda is responsible for developing educational content for conferences, training programs, and certification, as well as creating career mapping and learning opportunities for industry professionals.
