Carlos Resto

Carlos Resto is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and desktop support. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Security Information Systems, Inc. since July 2017, Carlos previously held various roles at Carlos Albizu University from May 2008 to July 2017, including IT Specialist for desktop support, Computer Lab Specialist, and Library Assistant. Carlos's responsibilities involved assisting employees and students with IT issues, developing departmental solutions, and supporting users on Microsoft and Mac OS platforms. Carlos Resto holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and an associate's degree in computer repair and installation of networks from Universidad Metropolitana, as well as a Professional Certification in Computer Programming from the same institution.
