John Wood

John Wood's work experience includes serving as the Director of Sales and Customer Service Operations at Security Lock Distributors since 2015. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing multiple departments and implementing policies to enhance customer service. Prior to this, John worked at Grand Circle Corporation from 2004 to 2014, where they held various positions such as Director of Traveler Support, Director of Call Center Operations, and Director of Sales. In these roles, they focused on delivering excellent service, developing leadership teams, and transforming call centers into full-service contact centers.

John Wood attended Northeastern University School of Law from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in the field of Law. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1988, they studied at Boston College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
