Michel Lauzon

Michel Lauzon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the security industry, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Security Management Services since November 2009. In previous roles, Lauzon has excelled as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, managing multi-million dollar manned security services while providing comprehensive information and cost quotations for security systems and parking enforcement services. Early career experience includes positions as a Patrol Supervisor, overseeing the health and safety of security personnel, and as a Security Guard, conducting investigations and traffic control. Lauzon's foundational experience includes roles in customer service at Pharmaprix and Chartwell Retirement Residences. Education was completed at St. Lawrence College from 2007 to 2009.
