Ria Gaines

Ria Gaines has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on operations and administration. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Personnel Representative at Tropicana Casino & Resort Atlantic City until 2007. Ria then moved on to Superior Mortgage, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Guaranteed Rate - Highlands Region, responsible for various HR functions. Ria then joined Guaranteed Rate, Inc, where they served as an Operations Support Manager/Recruiting Administration Manager from 2013 to 2016, developing and managing the operations support group. Ria'snext role was at Pandrol as the Human Resources Director - North America from 2016 to 2021. In this position, they were responsible for all HR functions in the international North American business unit, and played a key role in developing and executing relocation and restructuring strategies. Currently, Ria is the Director of People Operations at Synergy One Lending, a position they started in November 2021.

Ria Gaines holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Regent University. Ria had also attended Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, but the degree name and field of study are unknown. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Exercise Science, Fitness, & Performance from Liberty University, expected to complete in 2021.
