Bill Koziol

Bill Koziol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, real estate, and the cannabis industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner at UA Partners since October 2022, Bill provides fractional CFO, accounting, and consulting services in various operational sectors. As Chief Financial Officer at Full Spectrum Canna Corp since May 2022, Bill focuses on developing cannabis and hemp products for the emerging Mexican market. Bill’s entrepreneurial journey includes ownership and leadership roles at Waterside Warehousing LLC, The Parkway Project, Green Remedy, and Telegraph Health Center, with notable achievements such as establishing the first permitted cannabis dispensary in Contra Costa County. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from UC Santa Barbara and completed undergraduate studies in Business Administration at California State University, Hayward.
