Bill Fraser

Bill Fraser is a seasoned professional in the fields of cyber security and photography, currently serving as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant and Client Lead at Security Risk Advisors since May 2021. With extensive experience as a Cyber Security Consultant and CyberSOC Consultant, Bill also possesses a rich background in photography, having owned and operated Through the Lens Studio from 1998 to December 2022, where video and photography services were provided to various organizations and special events. Previous roles include Photojournalist at Bucks County Courier Times and Staff Photographer at Montgomery Newspapers, demonstrating a strong capability in multimedia storytelling and coverage of timely news events. Bill holds a B.S. in Security and Risk Analysis from Penn State University and an A.A.S. in Photographic Imaging from the Community College of Philadelphia.
