Adam Jones

Adam Jones possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and project management, currently serving as an Information Assurance Analyst at Security Risk Solutions, Inc. since October 2017, where responsibilities include acting as the Information System Security Officer for Department of Defense cybersecurity efforts. Previously, Adam was a Program Manager and Systems Engineer at Alutiiq Security & Technology from September 2005 to October 2017, managing SPAWAR ASHORE Electronic Security System projects and overseeing proposal development and project management. Adam started a career in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Appalachian State University from August 2003 to August 2005, where responsibilities included instructing physics labs and guest lecturing. Adam holds a Master’s of Science in Applied Physics from Appalachian State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Science and Physics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
