Tina Ruiz Mendoza

Tina Ruiz Mendoza, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Compensation & Payroll at Security Service Federal Credit Union since May 2022, following a role as Senior Compensation Analyst. Prior to this, Tina held the position of Global Benefits Manager at Zachry Group from March 2015 to June 2022, where oversight of global benefit programs was a key responsibility, alongside designing and modifying benefit policies. Tina also served as Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Analyst during tenure at Zachry Group, focusing on compensation program management across diverse operations. Tina's career began at Precision Resource Company, a subsidiary of Zachry Group, as Manager of Employee Services, with over 15 years of experience in payroll and employee relations. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a BS in Business Management from the University of the Incarnate Word.
