Paul Chapman is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director at Security Solutions of America since January 2018, Paul previously held the position of Director at Capitala Finance Corp. from September 2013 to August 2022, where oversight included chairing the Audit Committee. Additionally, Paul contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte during the same period. Prior to these roles, Paul spent nearly four decades at KPMG, culminating as a Partner, while also serving as a Past Director of the KPMG Foundation. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
