Solay Adaikkalavan

Solay Adaikkalavan has a diverse work experience in product management, cyber security solutions, market research, and teaching and research assistant roles. Currently, Solay is serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Securonix, leading the product team to develop innovative products and technologies for customers. Prior to that, Solay worked at RSA Security as the Principal Product Management in cyber security solutions and as a Market Research Analyst at Crane Composites. In addition, Solay gained teaching and research experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Northern Illinois University and as a Student and Lab Assistant at Lawrence Technological University. Overall, Solay has a strong background in product management, cyber security, market research, and academic support.

Solay Adaikkalavan completed a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems, General from Northern Illinois University in 2010-2011.
