Douglas Wilburn

With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Elon University, Douglas Wilburn has held various leadership roles in the banking sector. From being a Branch Manager at Capital One and Santander Bank, N.A., to serving as a District Manager and VP at Wells Fargo, Wilburn has now taken on the role of Director of Business Finance at SEDA-Council of Governments. Prior to this, Douglas was involved in business development at Mifflinburg Bank and Trust.
