Steve O'Byrne

Steve O'Byrne currently serves as the Managing Director of SEDA Experts since March 2024 and has been the President of Shareholder Value Advisors Inc. since 1998. Previously, Steve held the position of Senior Vice President at Stern Stewart & Co. from 1992 to 1998 and worked as Principal at Towers Perrin for 13 years, from 1979 to 1992. Steve began a career in finance and tax as a Tax Analyst at PwC, where employment lasted from 1977 to 1979. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, a Master of Science in Mathematics from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
