Frances Antoinette Chavez, CGSP, is currently the Communications Officer at Seda Hotels since October 2021. Previously, they held positions such as Marketing Officer Trainee and Section Head at Rustan Commercial Corporation from August 2018 to February 2021. They also served as the Vice President for Human Resource at Management Circle from August 2017 to May 2018. In addition, they held the position of Area Secretary General at Philippine Junior Jaycees Inc. from June 2017 to May 2018 and served as President and Treasurer at Junior Jaycees Philippines UP Cebu Chapter from May 2015 to May 2017. Frances completed a BS in Management from the University of the Philippines Cebu in 2018 after graduating from Visayas State University Laboratory High School in 2014.
