Gener B. Lada is an experienced safety and security professional with a career spanning over a decade in various managerial roles within the hospitality and security sectors. Currently serving as the Safety and Security Manager at Seda Hotels - Central Bloc Cebu since February 2020, Gener oversees security operations and coordinates training programs in compliance with occupational safety standards. Previous roles include Safety and Security Manager at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino and Director of Security for multiple agencies, where responsibilities included managing security procedures, training personnel, and liaising with law enforcement. Gener holds several certifications in hospitality, security, and crime prevention, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Salazar Institute of Technology.
