Rita Fernandes has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as Supplier and Environment Manager at Seda International Packaging Group since July 2016, ensuring compliance with local and European regulations. Previously, Rita held the position of Environment, Health and Safety Manager, focusing on hazard identification and risk management, as well as Quality Assurance Engineer, maintaining a QMS aligned with ISO 9001. Prior experience includes HVAC Engineer at Systemair, Quality Engineer, Improvement Engineer, and Production Engineer at Crown Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed quality monitoring, BRC certification, and productivity improvements. Rita holds a Master's degree and a Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa.
