Stefano Tedesco

Stefano Tedesco has extensive experience in the packaging industry, having worked at Seda International Packaging Group since July 1998 in various managerial roles, including Group Technical Continuous Improvement Manager, Production and Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Tedesco excels in enhancing production processes, coordinating large teams, and implementing methodologies such as TPM and 5S to improve productivity and reduce waste. Prior to this, Tedesco served as Planning Manager at Maraolo S.p.a. and conducted research at the University of Naples Federico II. Tedesco holds an Engineer's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same university, completed in 1997.
