Nicola Hodkinson

Nicola Hodkinson has a strong background in the construction industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Since 2020, they have been a Board Trustee for Mates in Mind, where they support the company's efforts to address mental health in the industry. Prior to this, Hodkinson served as the Director of Business Services for Seddon Construction Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects such as training and development, corporate social responsibility initiatives, customer service, and IT infrastructure management. Hodkinson has been with Seddon Construction since 1999.

Nicola Hodkinson completed their primary and secondary education at Culcheth Hall School from 1972 to 1983. Afterward, they pursued higher education at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information and Communication, specializing in the fields of Sociology and Information Technology.
