Anaykumar Joshi serves as the Chief Engineer - R&D at SEDEMAC Mechatronics since June 2015, focusing on the development of control solutions for electric and hybrid powertrains. Joshi previously held the position of Lead Engineer - R&D at SEDEMAC, contributing to the creation of the first and only sensorless Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) globally. Prior to SEDEMAC, Joshi worked as a Senior Embedded System Designer at Gram Power Inc, where the focus was on establishing smart microgrids for rural electrification through solar power. Earlier experience includes a role as Software Lead for the AUV-IITB team at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, which participates in the International Robosub Competition. Anaykumar Joshi earned a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2009 to 2013.
