Eric Crubaugh

Eric Crubaugh is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Team Lead at Sedgwick since June 2019. Prior to this role, Eric spent 18 years at Kemper Corp. as a Technical Claim Manager, where a notable achievement included directing a team that consistently closed over 100% of claims monthly while significantly reducing the reliance on Independent Adjusters. Eric also spearheaded national glass and tow programs, optimizing workflow across multiple companies. Earlier in the career at Crum and Forster Insurance as a Claims Representative, Eric led adjustments on large commercial accounts and obtained the designation of Special Master Arbitrator through participation in Arbitration Forums. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University.
