Karina Monaghan

Karina Monaghan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Karina currently holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Sedgwick since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the High Volume Recruitment Lead at Sedgwick from October 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Sedgwick, Karina worked as a Recruiter at Abtran from September 2018 to October 2021. Karina also gained experience as a School Liaison Assistant at IT Sligo from August 2017 to September 2018, and as a Room Leader at Little Pathways Creche, Montessori & Afterschool from August 2016 to August 2017.

Karina Monaghan obtained a Bachelor's degree in BA Early Childhood Care & Education from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, from 2012 to 2016. In 2018, they pursued a degree in Beauty Specialist from Georgina Price College of Beauty Therapy. In 2021, Karina completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Cork College of FET- Mallow Campus.
