Leah Cooper

Leah Cooper has extensive experience in digital strategy and technology innovation, serving as Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director of Global Consumer Technology at Sedgwick from January 2017 to November 2023. In these roles, Leah focused on developing executive-level digital strategies and introducing AI-driven platforms and automated decision-making for next-generation claims handling. Previously, Leah was the CIO and Co-Founder of Absentys LLC from January 2002 to December 2015, where the company evolved into a multimillion-dollar business with innovative web-based software applications for the insurance industry. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Economics and Theater from Vanderbilt University and a Certificate of Specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Harvard Business School Online.
