Mike Betti

Mike Betti has a wealth of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Mike began their career in 1988 with Zurich Financial Services, where they worked as a Manager. In 1994, they moved on to Sedgwick CMS, where they served as VP of Account Management until 1999. Betti then joined Specialty Risk Services as Director of Business Development from 1999 to 2008. Mike later joined Coventry Workers' Comp Services as Director of National Sales from 2008 to 2010. Betti then briefly worked at Xchanging as the Head of Sales and Service for the Americas Region in 2010. In 2011, they returned to Sedgwick, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Vice President of Client Services until February 2020. Currently, they serve as Senior Vice President of Client Business Development at Sedgwick.

Mike Betti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1985 to 1987. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, from 1994 to 1999.
