Stephen Elliott

Stephen Elliott has a strong background in information technology and leadership roles. Stephen worked at Sedgwick from 2016 to the present as the Senior Vice President of IT Innovation and Decision Optimization. In this role, they created and led the IT Innovation and Decision Optimization department, where they implemented AI chatbots and RPA systems. Their responsibilities also included identifying and creating innovative technology solutions for the company and developing a lab for idea incubation. Prior to their current role, Stephen served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Sedgwick from 2014 to 2016 and as the Vice President of IT from 2005 to 2014. Before Sedgwick, they worked at Mobiam as the VP of IT Solutions from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they held the position of Partner at Willistead Group from 2001 to 2002 and at Perform Consulting/Red Celsius from 1997 to 2001. Stephen began their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 1996 to 1997.

Stephen Elliott has a diverse education history. Stephen obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Ivey Business School at Western University and Western University, respectively, during the period of 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo from 1987 to 1992. In addition to their degrees, Stephen Elliott has also acquired certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2021 and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2011. Stephen is also a member of Mensa International and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
